I got five star service from the crew at Collier mobile they were able to come through for me in the last minute. I use my vehicle a lot with my children, so it was very convenient to have them come assist me with my brakes and rotors.

I really appreciate The team at Collier mobile they really came through for me. It was a Saturday And I really had a break problem and they were able to change the brakes to rotors and the caliper for me while I was in the convenience of my home. Transparent pricing was the best part for me. I really appreciate it.

Lee and Manny came out and changed my struts and sway links. I had a 7:00 a.m. appointment they were here about 10 minutes early they were done by 7:45. Everything was neat and clean when they were done. Also they don't try to pressure you to have other things done to the vehicle. They're easy to talk to very knowledgeable and polite . When you have a unique car like my RetroBird, you are always nervous and concerned about who works on it. I contacted Collier Mobile Brakes and Oil Change and was immediately met with prompt and professional communication. I wanted to change my factory brakes to ceramic to reduce brake dust on my white wall tires. They did an excellent job and replaced them on all 4 wheels in about an hour. Lee and Bensong were professional, polite and did an amazing, efficient and wonderful job while I got to watch and clean the inside of my tires and rims while they were off the car, something you never get to do in a shop. So pleased, I asked if they could do some additional work on my suspension and they are scheduled to do it next. More pictures and update after that service. I'm so happy to share this review and recommend this company. Great service, professional, responsive and good prices for at your home service. UPDATE: So pleased with the company and these guys that worked on my brakes that I had them back a week later to change out suspension components including control arms, sway and toe bars and all ball joints that had dry rot and cracking. Wow, those guys were amazing. They had the lowest price I found and they came to me which was awesome. They got here fast and did the repair quickly. They were also very polite unlike some of the other shops I called around to when trying to find a brake mechanic. Anyway, I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

Lee showed 10 minutes early for our 7am appointment, Big plus in my eyes. He then inspected my brakes and rotors and explained why they needed replacement. He did the work, didn’t destroy my driveway then we went for a test drive. He re -bled my brakes so they were perfect and left me some literature on breaking in my new items. Lastly he looked at my daughter’s car real quick and told me her brakes and rotors were good but to replace the pads in 5k miles…no hard selling. First time using a mobile mechanic…easy peasy. Better than sitting in lousy waiting room or having to get a lift home then a lift back. Good job and great business model.

Overall very good experience. They are fast, professional and do top quality work. But above all, they are honest which totally sets them apart from pretty much everybody. They quoted me a higher price than what I ended up paying because they determined I didn’t actually need all of the work done to fix the problem. I will use Collier Mobile Brakes and Oil change again and will definitely refer my friends and family to them.

Phenomenal service. I filled out a form online and within an hour received a text with full pricing and first available appt for the next day. They showed up early in the window of time and got my brakes and rotors changed quickly. The gentlemen who serviced my car were so friendly. Prices were very reasonable and service was exceptional.
